The Eastern Idaho Horseman’s Association is the horseman’s group that represents all of Idaho Racing in regards to representation with the Idaho State Racing Commission and the Idaho State Legislature. 

The Eastern Idaho Horseman’s Association (EIHA) is therefore responsible for disbursing some funds to each track for purses and signing contract agreements concerning ADW monies.
